From 2020 drivers of CAMS logbooked vehicles competing in speed and race events to wear frontal head restraints (FHR), commonly known as “Hans Devices”. Yes it is an expense, but nothing like the costs if you don’t. Our cars are getting older and faster, please consider this requirement as a cheap insurance policy. It is recommended that all drivers consider FHR’s if you car has ROPS and you use a 5/6 point harness.
